Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-quality-related reasons. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for: - Change of mind or personal preference - Incorrect size, color, design, text, or other customization details submitted by the customer - Ordering the wrong item or quantity - Minor differences in color or appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, or handmade production If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved customization details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and, where applicable, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
